Lodestar is confident that we provide the country’s best consultants. Lodestar employs several seasoned senior consultants with years of real world business experience and advanced education. We require that our consultants go through a complete 3 month training program, attaining the required skills prior to being engaged with clients. We have highlighted our Management Team below but all of our consultant bios can be requested prior to beginning a project with Lodestar.
Heather Cole CEO and founder of Lodestar Solutions, Inc is an expert in Corporate Performance Management. Educated in computer science, finance and is a licensed attorney, with over 20 years of industry experience in the software industry, Ms. Cole advises executives on how to achieve their goals such as Rolling Forecasts, KPI, Scorecards, and Reporting across disparate systems. She also specializes in providing strategic guidance and direction to allow companies to advance their thinking and execution. She is a member of Financial Executives International, Executives’ Club of Chicago and an active volunteer for Junior Achievement.
Bethanie Nonami is the Director of Strategic Solutions for Lodestar Solutions. Bethanie has been in the Technology field for over 15 years. Bethanie has lead positions in Pre-Sales, Support, Consulting and Sales. Bethanie is responsible for the Southeast Region for Lodestar Solutions and drives strategic initiatives for our clients. Bethanie is also responsible for sales development, project management, client success and ensuring that our clients are happy. Bethanie can be reached for general questions, demos or help with issues. Bethanie believes that our clients are long-term partners and this is a journey we will take together to ensure everyone’s success.
David Kleist has been working with the IBM Cognos products since 2001, when he started in the Adaytum Best Practices Lab. Later he moved into product management for both Adaytum and Cognos, then into the professional services organization. A significant portion of his experience has been working with hundreds of clients in capacity planning, system architecture, and installations for organizations of all sizes. In addition, Dave is a part of the team that manages the Lodestart! hosting platform, an IBM Cognos platform outsourced to Lodestar customers. Dave has BA in Mathematics, an MBA in Information and Decision Sciences, along with 20 years experience in the IT field.
Anabel Lopez, CPA as the Vice President of Operations, her priority is the execution and delivery of all services ensuring client satisfaction and engagement achievement. Anabel is certified in IBM Cognos Planning, Business Intelligence, TM1, as well as a Certified Public Accountant. Her team's focus is in the integration of the products and assuring that the "big picture" is kept in focus when deploying Planning and Business Intelligence together. Anabel also provides direction on strategic initiative projects. She joined Lodestar with 10 years of Planning and 5 years of Business Intelligence Experience, coming from the client side. She believes that the best deployment and integration of the product occurs when Finance and IT work together to assure that the end results are aligned with the company's strategic plan.
