About Lodestar Solutions
After years of dreaming about starting her own business, Heather Cole decided it was time to stop dreaming and start living it in 2004. Lodestar Solutions, Inc. was established to serve organizations looking to realize the new vision of Corporate Performance Management and Corporate Planning. As a former employee of Lawson Software, Heather assisted numerous clients in the implementation of Lawsons Financial and Human Resource suites. The problem with ERP solutions is that they are supposed to help with business planning, but very few ERP systems really help organizations to plan and model their business in a financial manner according to Heather. Corporate Planning and Performance Management solutions allow clients to plan, monitor and report on business activity.
Since its inception, Lodestar continues to grow to serve clients in many industries. Our mission is to guide our clients while training them to become self sufficient.
